We’ve recently updated our online ordering system to make pickup run smoother and to get our food out on time. If this is your first time using our new ordering system, please read through the info below before placing your order!
Orders are typically ready for pickup in 20 minutes on weekdays and 30-45 minutes on weekends. When you order, you will be provided an estimated pickup time. This pickup time is our best guess as to when your order will be ready.
Please wait until receiving a text message stating that your order is ready before coming to pick up your food. Sometimes our kitchen is running ahead of schedule, and other times we fall behind schedule due to a large number of incoming orders. We do our best to get all food out as soon as possible, so please wait until you get a text message before checking in at the restaurant.
When you arrive at Monuts, please utilize the on-street parking on Knox, Ninth, or Iredell streets. Head to our side parking lot and check in to receive your order. On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, there will be a blue shade tent set up in the parking lot with a member of our staff present to check in with. On Mondays through Thursdays, our parking lot is unstaffed. To check in, send your full name in a text message to (833) 228-3127. We ask that you only send one member of your party to retrieve your order so that we may minimize crowding in the parking lot and promote social distancing.
We do ask that you pick up your order as soon as possible after it is ready for pickup. We have very limited space to hold completed orders, and holding completed orders for a future pickup time slows the pickup process down for everyone as we have to search through additional completed orders.
If you would like to make any changes to your order, then please call the restaurant at (919) 286-2642 as soon as possible. We cannot accommodate any change requests after the kitchen has begun to prepare your food or after any pastry items have already been packaged for pickup. As such, please call the restaurant as soon as possible to request changes and we will do our best to update your order. Please note that we cannot accept any modification requests received via email or text message.
Please inform us of any allergies or aversions when placing your order. Not all ingredients are listed in our item descriptions. We have done our best to label all major allergens in each item description, but we are unable to label every potential allergen. Please do tell us if you have any food allergies by leaving a comment on your order.
When checking out, you will notice an option to leave a tip for our front of house staff. Our front of house staff typically receives about 2/3rd of their wages as tips, so please do leave a tip for our staff to show your appreciation for the service they have provided.
We want your hot drinks to be hot when you arrive, so we'll make them for you once you're on site. Please give us a few extra minutes to prepare your drinks after you've arrived.
