Monuts is a tip-free restaurant. Our menu prices are inclusive of a $17 per hour minimum wage and benefits for employees at Monuts.
As of Wednesday 5/18/22, Monuts is open for DINE-IN and TAKE-OUT. To order for dine-in, you must place your order in-person at the shop. If you are taking your food to-go, or would like to sit in the new picnic area, please continue to place your order online through this website. If you would like to utilize the outdoor picnic area, please plan on picking up your order as usual (through the pick-up counter or side-door) before heading to the outside tables—our staff will not run orders to the tables or benches located outside.
Orders are typically ready for pickup in 20 minutes on weekdays and 45-60 minutes on weekends. When you order, you will be provided an estimated pickup time. This pickup time is our best guess as to when your order will be ready. We will begin making your espresso drinks as soon as your food is ready, so please arrive as close to your stated pickup time as possible to ensure that your drinks are hot and fresh!
You will receive a text message when your food is being packed for pickup. Sometimes our kitchen is running ahead of schedule, and other times we fall behind schedule due to a large number of incoming orders. We do our best to get all food out as quickly as possible, so please wait until you receive this text message before checking in at the restaurant.
When you arrive, you may come inside the restaurant to pick up your food. Once inside, head to the right end of the main counter and check in with the person staffing our takeout counter. Not ready to come inside just yet? Head up the ramp on the parking lot side of the building and ring the doorbell at our side door. Please note- we no longer monitor our old text message number, so you must ring the doorbell and inform us in person that you are here to pick up your order.
We do ask that you pick up your order as soon as possible after it is ready for pickup. We have very limited space to hold completed orders, and holding completed orders for a future pickup time slows the pickup process down for everyone as we have to search through additional completed orders. Also, your espresso drinks will be made as soon as your food is ready, which means any delay in picking up your order can lead to a cold latte!
If you would like to make any changes to your order, please call the restaurant at (919) 286-2642 as soon as possible. We cannot accommodate any change requests after the kitchen has begun to prepare your food or after any pastry items have already been packaged for pickup. As such, please call the restaurant as soon as possible to request changes and we will do our best to update your order. Please note that we cannot accept any modification requests received via email or text message.
Please inform us of any allergies or aversions when placing your order. Not all ingredients are listed in our item descriptions. We have done our best to label all major allergens in each item description, but we are unable to label every potential allergen. Please do tell us if you have any food allergies by leaving a comment on your order.
